Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial and commercial sectors.

Lead client meetings, technical presentations, and proposal discussions.

Collaborate with the engineering team for customized solution design and quotations.

Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and customer relationship activities.

Mentor and guide sales engineers to achieve individual and team objectives.​

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience in industrial or electrical equipment sales.
-
Strong understanding of power systems, harmonics, and reactive power solutions.
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
