Sales Engineer
Key Responsibilities​

Identify and engage potential clients in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

Promote Yansa’s Power Quality solutions (AHF, SVG, APFC Panels, Capacitors, etc.) through technical presentations and product demonstrations.

Understand customer pain points related to power factor correction, harmonics, and reactive power management.

Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, sizing calculations, and solution configurations.
-
Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation and negotiation to closure and post-sales coordination.

Maintain relationships with consultants, panel builders, and channel partners to expand market presence.

Prepare weekly reports, maintain CRM data using Salesforce , and meet defined revenue and outreach targets.

Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and partner events to represent the brand.​

Cross functionality with service and application team.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
​​

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

2–4 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in Power Quality, Electrical Panels, or Energy Management systems.

Strong understanding of power factor correction, harmonics, and industrial power systems.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple accounts and travel for client visits and site meetings.
-
Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a technical sales environment.
